Your perspective …

Thanks to everyone who wrote and commented on our initiative to make certification available to students on the Asheville Vedic Astrology Apprenticeship Program on teachable.com. It was so good to hear that you like the idea! I am currently building the infrastructure and policies we need to make this initiative a reality. So, in this month’s newsletter I am interested in hearing from you about what’s important …

Your Frequently Asked Questions

What are the questions that you would like to see our ‘Certification Policy’ document answer?

  • Will I have to pay to have my work assessed? Why? And what will it cost?

  • Will I need to do the ‘Practicum Year’?

  • Is there a time limit on completing and submitting my assessments?

  • Do assessments need to be submitted in order?

Please contact me with your questions and input, so I can address them fully in our policy. I am very excited about this new addition to our offering and want to make sure that I understand your perspective as I design the infrastructure!

Meet our Mentors and Tutors

The Asheville Vedic Astrology Apprenticeship Program is self-paced BUT there are Mentors and Tutors available to help you if you ever feel the need. (Details available from the course list after Class 7 of the Rasi and Signs course).

  • Mentors are current Year 4 students.

  • Tutors are graduates of the Program.

Each month, I’ll share the profile of a Mentor or Tutor so you can find the right match for you!

This month, I have the pleasure of introducing Dustin! Dustin has just graduated from the Apprenticeship (congratulations!!), he lives in Ontario Canada, has a background in Western Astrology and developed a sure-fire study method while juggling the Asheville Vedic Astrology Apprenticeship Program with full and part-time work.

In the video, he answers our two burning questions …

  1. what was your favourite semester of the Asheville Vedic Astrology Apprenticeship Program?

  2. what was your study strategy?

I’d love to hear your answers to these questions too - why don’t you use this link to let me know!

I hope you will reach out to Dustin or any of our Mentors and Tutors if you are ready to invest in one-to-one support with the Asheville Vedic Astrology Apprenticeship Program on teachable.com.

Final thoughts

Wishing everyone a warm festive season and sending ‘good luck’ to our current Year 3s who are working facing their ‘Timing and Dasas’ exams this month!! And also a special ‘shout-out’ to our very first enrollees who are receiving their last ever weekly video-audio installment of the Asheville Vedic Astrology Apprenticeship Program on teachable.com. Well done you guys!

I look forward to hearing all your input regarding our ‘Certification Policy’ document and to catching up with you in the New Year. Until then, stay well and keep taking notes :D
