Are you looking for support with your meditation practice? Why not join me on Zoom with a small group of fellow meditators every

  • Monday, Wednesday and Thursday lunchtime (London time) for 30 minutes of guided relaxation and meditation.

Participants call in from all over the world, so you are most welcome wherever you are on the planet :)

Each session is unique and based on whatever group members share as their needs that day. Sometimes we do gentle chair or floor yoga, sometimes a pranayama or breath practice and mostly a guided commentary connecting you with your breath, body or a visualisation to still the mind and enable transcendence.

Access to Lunchtime Meditation is now via Monthly Tokens. Please choose the Level that suits your needs from the list on the right.
